Integration Partners

Test Console
Self-test the full loop without a real partner endpoint. Point a test partner's webhook URL at the built-in sink, send a test ticket with its API key, then watch events arrive below as the ticket changes status.

Archived Tickets
Tickets that an admin has archived. They're hidden from the dashboard, Milk Run, Shipments, the public status page, and the partner API. Restoring puts them back in active views with their previous status.

External-API Logs
Every Samsung iGSPN/OFS round-trip writes the request and response XML to
/home/david/goliat-service-manager/logs/ with a short correlation id.
When an operator hits an error popup it shows (ref: xxxxxxxx) — paste that ref here
to see the exact request we sent and Samsung's reply. Files are kept for 48 hours.

Inventory & Catalogue Sync
BC Product Catalogue
The BC product catalogue (ws_products) auto-syncs from Business Central once a day at 03:00.
Use this button if a new part was just added in BC and you need it available in the system immediately.
Samsung Model BOM
BOMs (the parts list per model) are fetched from Samsung's API the first time a technician
opens the parts modal for a model. Once fetched, the system never re-fetches for that model
on its own. Use this if Samsung added a new part to a model after we already cached its BOM,
or if a brand-new part appears in ws_products but doesn't show on the Parts tab.
